My promo code does not work or I do not know how to use it.

In order to use promotional code to access paid content available in The Audio Bible, you need to create account or log into existing account at https://promo.audiobible.eu

After using the promo code, please remember to log into the same account in the application.

I am entering my promo code but the form does not let me proceed.

We would like to ask you to send us and email to [email protected] with the information about the exact code you are trying to use and name of the promotion.

In addition, if the form is displaying error message, please provide us wih such message in your email. It will help us solve your problem.

My promo code was accepted but I cannot log into the app.

Such situation can happen, for example if there is a typo in the promo code, email address or password. Please verify whether such details are entered correctly.

If it will not help, please send us an email to [email protected] with the information about the exact code or name of the promotion you are using. Having such information we should be able to help you solve such problem.

My promo code was accepted but I cannot access paid content upon logging into the app.

Such situation can happen, for example if the promo code was used with the different email address than the one used to log into the app. Please verify that you entered the same email address and make sure that there is no typo in the email address.

In addition, if you have already checked it and the email address is correct, we would like to ask you to send us debug message.

In order to send us debug message, make sure you are logged in the app, go to "Yours" section of the app using bottom navigation menu and then follow to "Settings" screen which is accessible upon clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the app. Among the options available in the "Settings" screen you will find a button allowing you to send debug message. Please include promo code and name of the promotion you are using in your debug message.

Receiving such message from you will let us know your user ID and we will be able to check the specific issue you are encountering.
